Australian classic denim brand Rolla's Jeans has tapped fashionista Devon Carlson as the face of its newest capsule.
Titled 'Psychedelic Color Pop' the new collection which is described as fun, colorful, and hot was inspired by classic, iconic denim looks of the late '60s and early '70s. Featuring season colored cord styles, the capsule comprises of signature Original Straight & Eastcoast Flares, colorful knitwear, color block tank tops and ribbed baby tee's. The new range also features 70s interpretations of the Rolla's logo.
Devon stars in the accompanying campaign lensed by friend, collaborator, and multi media artist Alana O'Herlihy. The co-founder of Wildflower Cases (a phone accessory brand) sports looks from the new collection in colors of lemon yellow, bright green, hot pink, red, and orange.
'When the design team and I saw the final collection hanging, our next thought was who would embody these psychedelic styles in true Rolla's style: self-assured, fun-loving, and down-to-earth with a quirky, modern nostalgic sense of style. Devon has been a long-time Rolla's muse - I love her sense of fun, confidence and individual style, so she was a natural choice to front our campaign,' Rolla's Jeans Founder and Women's Designer Sarah Gilsenan told V Magazine.
