Charles and Keith collaborates with Coco Capitan on a capsule of Accessories

Singaporean fashion house Charles & Keith has teamed up with Spanish Artist Coco Capitan on a capsule collection.

Titled 'Charles & Keith x Coco Capitan' the collaboration comprises of two pieces: a pair of chunky loafers and a top-handle tote bag. Inspired by the game 'He loves me, he loves me not' the pieces feature the Charles & Keith's classic san-serif logo with Coco Capitan's signature scrawled script and dainty daisies.

'Charles & Keith is once again excited to be a catalyst in promoting creativity, tapping into the minds of globally acclaimed artists to create limited edition and unique pieces featuring their artwork - something we've never previously explored. Our team worked closely with Capitan to create this capsule collection that reflects her cool-girl attitude. These pieces, paired with her poignant prose, are perfect collector's items for art lovers and the fashion forward crowd,' Fredie Stevens, Design Director of Charles & Keith said in a statement.

Coco Capitan is best known for poetic musings and slogans written in her distinctive scrawled handwriting. She has previously collaborated with Gucci for their 'Art Wall' mural project in New York and Milan.

'My art is inspired by overheard conversations, diary entries, and sudden waves of introspection. I believe that words can transcend cultures and give us a glimmer of hope for brighter times,' said Capitan.

The 'Charles & Keith x Coco Capitan' capsule will be available from 13 July 2022 in selected Charles & Keith boutiques and on charleskeith.com.
