Following on the arrival of its
new holiday campaign, Global retailer
Topshop celebrated the opening of its 5th Avenue NYC flagship store with great festivity. An event was hosted at the Grand Central Station in New York City.
As the face of the brand and its new Christmas campaign
Cara Delevigne was center stage and also had a tour of the store earlier in the day.
In attendance were several A-list celebrities to give their support to the brand and its owner Sir Philip Green. Beyoncé,
Poppy Delevingne,
Naomi Campbell, Hailee Steinfeld, Max Irons, Tommy Hilfiger, Hailey Baldwin, Dao-Yi Chow and Jourdan Dunn. While other, slightly less glamorous included the likes of celebrity blogger Perez Hilton as well as socialite sisters Nicky and Paris Hilton.
After the opening of the store a swanky party was held where guests were treated to performances by Jessie J, Lionel Richie and Nick Jonas.
The the 40,000 square foot store is Topshop's second largest flagship in the world. The brand, has an already established presence in the U.S. retail space with stores in New York (in Soho), Chicago, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and most recently, in San Diego.
