CAES launches sustainable collection

Amsterdam-based label CAES has released a sustainable line of eco-friendly basics.

Titled 'Edition 1' the high-end limited capsule comprises of 9 different timeless styles: an organic sweater with pleated detail, a fitted body with low back, a sleeveless ribbed merino knit top, a midi dress with dropped waist, an oversized knitted sweater with curved sleeves, a ribbed knit corset in extra-fine merino wool, a second-skin turtle neck top, knitted trousers in extra-fine merino wool and an asymmetric midi skirt.

Each of the pieces can be worn both in summer and winter and are made in Portugal from fabrics chosen with great care and consideration so that quality, fit, and durability is ensured.

Launched in 2019 by Helen de Kluiver, CAES was created on the belief that fashion does not have to be fast or seasonal and sustainability consists of many layers.

Priced between 100 and 280 Euros the 'Edition 1' capsule from CAES is available online and in limited quantities at caes-store.com.
