Balmain mastermind Olivier Rousteing's Spring '16 runway show was an extravaganza, making it one of Paris Fashion Week's greatest spectacles.
The social media-loving creative director roped in eight A-list models namely
Kendall Jenner,
Bella and
Gigi Hadid, Victoria's Secret Angels
Lily Aldridge and
Alessandra Ambrosio, former VS angel
Doutzen Kroes,
Lily Donaldson and
Jourdan Dunn. Taylor Hill, Binx Walton, Lindsey Wixson,
Constance Jablonski and Caroline Ribeiro rounded up the Balmain army.
Held in the Paris's Hotel Continental, it was set to Michael Jackson songs including his 1996 song "They Don't Care About Us." The models marched down the runway sporting Balmain's signature mesh, netting, strappy, suede and belted looks that ranged from caramel colored crochet-knot dresses to toffee-coloured suede sets, ruffle trousers and power cardigans. The collection was the perfection we've come to expect from Balmain.
