Switzerland-based luxury goods company Richemont has announced the appointment of Jerome Lambert as CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre and Laurent Perves as CEO of Vacheron Constantin respectively.
Lambert has had a distinguished career within Richemont having served as Richemont Group Chief Operating Officer. In his new role as CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre he will use his vast Group experience as well as deep affinity and knowledge of the watch industry to maintain its pioneering role in Swiss watchmaking and ensure its long-term success.

Perves succeeds Louis Ferla after a distinguished career with Vacheron Constantin for the past 8 years, first as Chief Marketing Officer in 2016, and as Chief Commercial Officer since 2021. He has played an important part in positioning Vacheron Constantin as a leader in Haute Horlogerie and its commercial success.
A Swiss and French national, he has more than 20 years of experience managing global brands, leading creative teams as well as developing business in the luxury goods industry. A graduate from ESSCA with a Master in Economics & Marketing, he began his career at the LVMH group in its Perfumes and Cosmetics category and lter spent ten years in the 'Prestige Products' Division of Procter & Gamble. He then went on to command a Global Brand Leadership position on Gucci Parfums. In 2014 he joined the watchmaking industry as Head of Brand Communication for Audemars Piguet.
Jerome Lambert and Laurent Perves will begin their new roles on January 1, 2025.
