Cult brand Reformation is launching its first-ever shoe collection.
The fashion label best known for its apparel makes its foray into footwear with a sustainable shoe line of 11 styles consisting of lace-up sandals, block heel mules and espadrilles.
All models are made of environmentally friendly materials, such as chrome-free leather and jute the production method save an average of 52 percent CO2 emissions, 70 percent water, and 65 percent waste. Reformation also uses a calculator called the "RefScale", to keep track of emissions from products such as carbon dioxide, water, and other generated waste. This information is available on every product so that customers can make a conscious choice right from the start.
Priced between $128 to $218 the Reformation shoe line is available via the brand's webshop.
