PVH Corp Appoints Kate Gulliver to Its Board of Directors

Global fashion company PVH Corp whose portfolio includes iconic brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger has appointed Kate Gulliver to Its Board of Directors effective immediately. She has also been appointed to the Board's Audit & Risk Management Committee.

Gulliver previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Wayfair Inc, a role she had been promoted to in November 2022. In her decade long tenure with the Home goods eCommerce marketplace she was a core part of it's IPO and also built up its Talent organization.

Before Wayfair, Gulliver worked as an investor at Boston based private equity firm Bain Capital for four years and a consultant at McKinsey & Company for nearly three years. She holds a B.A. in political science from Yale University from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gulliver's appointment is part of PVH's multi-year, strategic growth plan to build Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world and make PVH one of the highest performing brand groups in its sector.
