Louis Vuitton collaborates with Fornasetti for Fall capsule

Luxury French fashion house Louis Vuitton and Milan-based brand Fornasetti have joined forces to create a Fall collection.

Titled 'Louis Vuitton x Fornasetti' the collection comprises of garments and accessories featuring Fornasetti prints such as velvet dresses, shimmering blouses, printed jersey tops, fleece hooded jackets, oversized outerwear pieces and an updated version of its Cannes bag.

Louis Vuitton creative director Nicolas Ghesquiere was given full access to Fornasetti archives located in Milan and after sifting through 13,000 pieces chose some of Barnaba Fornasetti's most recognizable prints such as illustrations of ancient statues, building silhouettes, lock motifs and antique keys.

The Louis Vuitton x Fornasetti collection is available now online and in Louis Vuitton boutiques worldwide. Meanwhile check out the looks from the collection here
