Kering appoints Ewa Abrams as President of its Americas division


French luxury goods conglomerate Kering has named Ewa Abrams as President of its Americas division effective August 1st, 2024.

She will report directly to Jean-Marc Duplaix, Deputy CEO, in charge of Operations and Finance, and succeeds Laurent Claquin who was named as its Group Chief Brand Officer from July 1.

A graduate of Bucknell University with a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School, Abrams joined Kering Americas six years ago, after spending 17 years at Tiffany & Co., where she held the position of Vice President - Associate General Counsel, Chief Compliance & Privacy Officer.

Since 2018, she has served as General Counsel to Kering Americas and has been on the Board of the Kering Foundation in the Americas and co-chairs the Women In Luxury Americas internal program.

Abrams' experience within the Group and her extensive knowledge of the Luxury industry will be key to support Kering's strategy and development in the region.
