Iris von Arnim launches second Re Edition Collection

erman designer cashmere label Iris von Arnim has launched a second Re Edition collection.

Titled Re Edition II, the new capsule comprises of a single, one-size round-neck sweater named (RE-KATHARINA) made from 100% cashmere in summery and bright tones such as blackberry, navy, gentian, flamingo, garnet, mandarin, saffron, honey, and clover for 495 euros. In this way, the brand gives new life to textile scraps that might end up in the garbage elsewhere.

The new collection is a follow up to 'Re Edition' which it launched in February of this year. The labels first zero waste collection it featured six items of clothing: four pullovers, a cardigan and a scarf that are made from 100 percent residual materials and yarns in limited quantities and colors.

'With us, no yarn is thrown away. Our residual yarn is always stored and recycled in order to create a new, long-lasting product from it. The appreciation of the material is the core essence of our production,' said Valentin von Arnim, managing director of the label and son of founder Iris von Arnim.

The Iris von Arnim Re Edition II collection will launch on August 19, 2021, exclusively through the labels' online shop.
