- Josie was discovered by a scout after appearing in a fashion show that she was asked to appear in while she was at a barbecue in her home town.
- She featured in 'Sports Illustrated Swimsuit' in 2000 & 2001.
- Josie also appeared in the book 'A second decade of Guess? Images'.
- Josie has starred in the independant films THE MALLORY EFFECT and SWATTERS, and has recently completed filming VAN HELSING for Universal Pictures opposite Hugh Jackman and Kate Beckinsale.
