At 5'10" with long, flowing blonde hair and stunning blue eyes, Modelwerk's Toni Garrn is on the road to becoming one of the world's most sought-after supermodels.
Though she was only spotted two years ago, various high-profile campaigns transformed this German stunner into an overnight sensation, after which she began receiving unbelievable recognition by the world’s biggest designers and was later selected to be the new Calvin Klein girl in 2008.
By now, Toni had appeared on the cover of the Russian, German and Italian Vogue and walked the catwalks for a veritable who’s who of the big names, including Gucci, Karl Lagerfeld, Versace, Fendi, John Galliano, Gianfranco Ferré, Prada, among many others.

How did you get started in the modeling business?
Toni:
My agent Claudia Midolo (owner of Modelwerk in Hamburg) approached me at a public viewing during the Soccer World Cup 2006 while I was watching a runway show.
Did you ever think you'd be doing this?
Toni:
This idea never crossed my mind before.
What do you like most about modeling?
Toni:
I like the travelling and that you meet new interesting people all the time.
Have you encountered any surprises along the way?
Toni:
I never thought I would be model of the month when I started.
What has been your most awkward moment (of your modelling career)?
Toni:
Getting recognized on the street.
Ever get tempted to get pulled into the party scene?
Toni:
No not really.
Have you developed any new interests since you started modeling?
Toni:
I am more into fashion than I was before.
What are your favourite things to do in your free time?
Toni:
I love to meet my friends and just to hang out with them. We watch movies or just chat so that we can catch up on things.
Out of all the places your career has taken you, where was the most memorable?
Toni:
I absolutely love New York!
Where do you see yourself in ten years? What could be your next career?
Toni:
Hopefully I am still modelling.
What are your best beauty secrets? How do you stay in shape?
Toni:
I drink a lot of water, try to eat healthy and get enough of sleep.
What would you want people to know about you?
Toni:
There is nothing special about me.
Any advice for new models? What advice would you give other models starting out?
Toni:
Never give up!
