Lan Yu was established by Chinese designer Lan Yuin 2005.
The Look
Lan Yu's haute couture wedding dresses and evening wear is renowned for its balance of exquisite Chinese embroidery techniques with Western structural design and fabrics. Using materials sourced from the worlds finest suppliers, Lan combines her expertise in ‘Su Xiu’, (a form of traditional Chinese embroidery handed down through three generations of her family) with her formal studies in Western couture design. Her resultant creations subtly combine inspirations from both East & Western cultures, to create designs of elegance and mystique.
