Jaya S.r.l. was founded in Reggio Emilia in 1999 on the Burani Family and Mr Luca Bertolini�s will.

Jaya rapidly, becomes a leading company on the fashion scene. The start-up of the company has been characterized by the cooperation with important Italian Industrial groups, most of them deep-rooted in the territory of Reggio Emilia.

On last September 2000, Jaya signs its first licence agreement, on the same period the company is included under the consolidated balance sheet of MBFG.
