The origin of „El Caballo“, a family business from the outset, is directly linked to the animal whose name we have adopted. Rinding saddles, tack and farming implements were the first articles that our workshop in El Arenal district produced back in 1892.
Later on, progress and mechanization in the countryside opened the brand up to the world of equestrian and hunting activities, where their products became widely known for their high quality and standard of finish.
Today, articles that leave our Seville school of craftsmanship are distributed to countries including Germany and Mexico in over 40 shops, but the close, family spirit with which we started over 100 years ago still lives on.
A new breeze is blowing through “El Caballo”. Since the beginning of 2007, Nicolas Vaudelet has been the Creative Director of its collections.
The Look

It is this fusion of roots and creativity, of past and present, which makes “El Caballo” so successful.
And the harmony between design and tradition is the key to this success. In each collection, the imagination of our designers is combined with the skill of our leather craftsmen to create something beautiful, unique and distinctively ours. And the canvas for each work is the first materials: the choicest leathers, natural cowhide tanned without added chemicals, have made “El Caballo” products into genuine classics.
