Dkode is the own-label brand of footwear manufacturer Sozé, one of the top 10 footwear manufacturers in Portugal. Sozé was founded in 1976 and remained focused on private labels until 2000, when it decided to launch its own label, Dkode, which enabled the business to grow and expand on a bigger scale.
The Sozé Group is still divided into a private-label arm and its Dkode own-label production, both of which take up more or less an equal share of the business, though Dkode now generates 95% of its turnover through exports.
The Look
A contemporary brand who follows the trends with an original and disruptive twist. Dkode's style includes revivalist and artisan details, for those with an independent look and attitude.
