Basler

Basler is a German fashion brand founded by Frith Basler and his wife Elisabeth in Berlin in 1936. At the beginning they initially concentrated on coats and jackets. Fritz Basler, a businessman from the �old school�, laid the cornerstone of this success story by placing the product in the centre. The company was dedicated to perfection and the most exacting quality standards.

In 1972, the son of the founder, Horst Basler, joined the company with a new idea of creating smaller programmes next to the existing line of merchandise, whereby new combination possibilities were thinkable, inventing what we now call coordinates.

In 2011, Basler celebrated its 75th birthday. Today, Basler is represented on all continents and has experience worldwide in over 80 monobrand stores.
